Questions about these terms
For clarity about use of the site: Games and explanations may be updated to correct issues or improve clarity. Nothing on this page is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use the contact form for a question about using the site. The contact form is available for questions.
Links to other services
When using the site, keep this in mind. External pages have their own rules and privacy information. A link is not a guarantee of another service’s availability, claims or performance. Review a destination before relying on its information or using its services. Check the Guide when a rule is unclear.
Local progress
This applies while you use the games and pages. Saved progress and best scores, where offered, are kept in the browser. There is no player-account backup or cross-device recovery service. A cleared browser profile or private session may lose stored progress. Keep the experience considerate for other visitors.
What the play modes mean
Same-device games are shared-screen activities. A computer opponent is automated; neither mode provides internet matchmaking. Check the mode label before arranging a game with someone else. Keep the experience considerate for other visitors.
Rights associated with website material
For clarity about use of the site: Do not assume that access to a game or page grants permission to redistribute its artwork, code or text. Applicable licences and ownership rights still apply. Ask about a specific resource before reusing it outside this site. Use a separate service only after reviewing its own information.
Using the site for play
Use the games for personal recreation and learning their stated rules. They do not provide gambling accounts, deposits or cash-redemption services. Points, achievements and puzzle results have no cash value here. A page update may clarify the way a feature works.
Contact and feedback submissions
This applies while you use the games and pages. Send only information you are entitled to share through the contact or FAQ form. Provide accurate details and avoid private payment or login information. Sending feedback does not create a guarantee of a reply or a requested change. Check the Guide when a rule is unclear.
Game-specific rules and explanations
This applies while you use the games and pages. The playing page and its Guide explain the rules used by that activity. Local house rules and simplified modes are identified in the game description. Do not assume that a game uses every rule of a tournament or commercial app. A stated game rule applies to that activity.
Device and browser operation
This applies while you use the games and pages. Features depend on your browser and device. The site cannot promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation on every device. Use the listed controls and report a reproducible issue when one occurs. The contact form is available for questions.
Your conduct while using the website
Do not disrupt the site, overload its forms, attempt unauthorised access or send malicious content. Use the normal controls and links provided. Report a suspected fault through the contact form instead of exploiting it. A page update may clarify the way a feature works.
